Gracie's 5th Birthday

Once again, I am playing catch up.  Last Thursday we went to the Dudley house hold for Gracie's birthday party.  Gracie and Kenz are almost exactly one year apart.

Hippie Day...

Almost every day Kenzie's summer camp has something really cool they do.  Today was 1970's Hippie Day.  Here is a picture Mimi sent me this morning of Kenzie's outfit:

Dinner date with the Momma's...

Last Thursday night I met back up with my favorite Mommy's for dinner at Outback.  This time some of the kids joined.  It was another wonderful evening with good friends.  : )

Miss all you girls who couldn't make it.  Can't wait until next time.

4th of JULY

This year was the first 4th of July in my new home.  Since the Village Green is right a crossed the street and they do fireworks, I decided to have everyone over to cook out.  The Village Green has a TON of stuff for the kids to do and it turned out to be a really nice day.  I think I am going to make it a tradition.  Kenzie had so much fun... See for yourself. ; )

Saturday, July 3rd Shopping

Mandy and I took the girls on a LOOOONG shopping spree.  We had to buy items for the 4th of July Party I was throwing.  Here is a picture.  The girls were so well behaved. 

Mother’s and their Obsessions…

Maybe not obsessions… or maybe??? LOL  Jelena, Nicki, Mandi and I went to see Eclipse Friday night and we thoroughly enjoyed it.  At one point, Mandi started a “go Edward Cullen” clap and I was very proud of her.  Lots of people soon joined in (I was the first one to join in b/c I thought she was going to be the only one clapping.  Not that she would have cared.  She is a hard core Edward fan).  There were SO many Jake fans, more than I expected. 

Anyway, we met at Jelena’s.  That meant… seeing OWEN.  We all know how handsome he is…

When we got there, we headed to Ted’s for dinner.  Which turned into be a hard decision.  It is where Nicki had her first drink in 3 years.  ; )  We shared many “back in the day” stories.

Then we went to Applebee’s b/c we were extremely and it was too early to start standing in line.  At 9pm, we were in the theater waiting in line for the 10 pm showing and this is how it went….

7 PM show was still in…

Then it’s time to go in…

So when they opened the doors to the movie, it was like nothing I have ever seen before.  Everyone took off running.  Jelena and I managed to make it in the movie theater first and ended up with great seats. 

I had such a wonderful time with you ladies and look forward to the next one!!!  Thanks Nicki for the insight on the next movie.  I really needed to hear that to settle my anxiety!  : )
